Roussanne is a white grape variety from The Rhône Valley in France, named for the colour it turns when ripe – ‘Roux’ being the French word for Russet, the Reddish-Brown hue the skin of the grape adopts when it is ready for harvesting. Roussanne makes richly aromatic wines, often with fruit characteristics of lime and blossom. The smooth texture and low acidity of Roussanne wine means it pairs excellently with savoury dishes, including seafood and a range of cheeses.
Our suppliers come from all around the world, but they share one common goal – quality.
