Casa Vinicola Botter

Located a few kilometres from Venice in Fossalta di Piave, Casa Vinicola Botter is now onto their third generation of almost a century of wine production. The winery collaborates with skilled wine producers in Abruzzo, Apulia, Molise, Veneto and Sicily and takes great pride in these long-lasting relationships. The fermentation is long, lasting a full 60 days, and uses the closed tank (Charmat) method, whereby the clarified juice is fermenetd and then filtered within a series of large steel tanks under pressure, to retain the beautiful ripe fruit notes and steely acidity that this style of wine is famous for. The pale pink colour is derived from the 15% element of still Pinot Noir in the blend.
