Thomas Delaude

Winemaker Thomas Delaude is a master of his craft with several creations to his name, including other ranges such as Souleil, Pech des Cades, and Joseph de Loy in Burgundy. Thomas carefully selected the Domaine Saint Eutrope, a distinctive estate, nestled between the vineyards of Corbières and Minervois for its unique terroir and distinctive character.

Tasting Notes

The nose offers intensity, elegance as well as certain power. Notes of wild strawberry and small wild berries. The palate is fruity and offers a small freshness and racy minerality. Tannins are precise and well built.
