David grew up on a farm in rural North Yorkshire, before studying Maths at Sussex University. He started his career in the wine trade in London with Oddbins. After 13 enjoyable years with Oddbins, he joined Cachet in 2008.
His favourite wines include White Burgundy and, of course, his beloved Big Beltie Cabernet Sauvignon! Outside of work, David is a long-suffering Middlesbrough season ticket holder and enjoys walking his dog Pip and running.
