Situated in the northern part of the appellation, on poor, limestone soils, just to the south of the premier cru appellations of Vosne-Romanée. One of the domaine’s flagship wines. There is balancing exotic and opulent red fruit with notes of cranberry and cherry liqueur, a dusty note of minerality adds weight and freshness whilst the impressive nature of this powerful red shows throughout all stages. It has sweetness, complexity, richness and great length and presence.
